Who’s it for?
Best suited to returning customers already familiar with the Sunkissed collection who prefer Liquid Glow. Choose the vials on their own if you already have the required accessories, or add the kits you need.
At BLXCKED OUT, we take care to ensure every order is packed accurately and arrives as expected.
Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened, used or had its original seal removed.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Eligible Returns
Please contact us if:
You received an incorrect item
Your order arrived damaged
An item appears to be faulty or defective
There is another issue with your order upon delivery
Where possible, products should remain unused and all original product packaging should be retained while your request is being reviewed.
Return Requests
To request a return, please email blxckedouttans@outlook.com and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and any damage, fault or issue
A brief description of the issue
We recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed as quickly as possible.
Please contact BLXCKED OUT before returning any products. Returning an item without prior approval may delay the assessment of your return.
Change of Mind
Please choose your products carefully.
Due to the personal-use nature of our products, opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Requests to return an unopened and unused product due to change of mind will be considered at the discretion of BLXCKED OUT. The customer may be responsible for return postage costs associated with an approved change-of-mind return.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, damaged or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before returning the product.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.
Where a return is required due to an incorrect item supplied by BLXCKED OUT, damage, or a confirmed product fault, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used to place the order.
Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, any applicable refund or remedy will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
Where an exchange is approved, replacement products will be arranged once the return has been received and assessed, where a return is required.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, another appropriate resolution may be offered.

We aim to have your order packed, dispatched and on its way as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
During particularly busy periods, promotions or public holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Where possible, we'll communicate any significant delays.
Express Shipping Australia-Wide
All BLXCKED OUT orders are sent via Express Shipping within Australia.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally 1–3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after your order has been dispatched. Regional and remote locations may take longer.
Courier delays, severe weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may also affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before your order is finalised.
From time to time, BLXCKED OUT may offer shipping promotions. Any applicable terms or minimum spend requirements will be clearly displayed at the time of the promotion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow time for the shipping provider's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch notification.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their name, delivery address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us at blxckedouttans@outlook.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the details. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed or redirected.
Additional shipping or redelivery costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied at checkout may be the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed Parcels
If your tracking shows that your parcel is experiencing an unexpected delay, please first allow for any updates from the shipping provider.
If you require assistance, contact blxckedouttans@outlook.com with your order number and we'll assist with investigating the delivery where appropriate.
Please note that estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and delays may occasionally occur after dispatch.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or cannot be located, the recipient will need to contact Australia Post directly to lodge a delivery enquiry, as Australia Post may require information and verification directly from the receiver.
Please have your tracking number available when contacting Australia Post.
If Australia Post requires any additional information from BLXCKED OUT as the sender during their investigation, please contact us at blxckedouttans@outlook.com and we'll be happy to assist where required.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to BLXCKED OUT due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, or another delivery issue attributable to the recipient, additional postage costs may apply before the order can be resent.
We'll contact you using the details supplied with your order if a parcel is returned to us.
